PURPOSE: The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association will be hosting a one-day session to help hospitals and health systems as they navigate the transition from volume to value-based healthcare. This will be an opportunity to hear from leaders that represent payers, providers and other constituents of healthcare delivery.
THE SUMMIT WILL PROVIDE ATTENDEES WITH: An overview of the national perspective of payer-driven risk Discuss key characteristics of successful integrated care systems and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) Define strategies to effectively prepare and enhance operations under value-based payment. Participants will be asked complete a survey prior to the summit to help frame the opening session discussion. Our speakers will provide attendees with strategies for implementing payment and delivery reform.
