The Arizona Payment Reform Summit

PURPOSE: The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association will be hosting a one-day session to help hospitals and health systems as they navigate the transition from volume to value-based healthcare. This will be an opportunity to hear from leaders that represent payers, providers and other constituents of healthcare delivery.

THE SUMMIT WILL PROVIDE ATTENDEES WITH: An overview of the national perspective of payer-driven risk Discuss key characteristics of successful integrated care systems and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) Define strategies to effectively prepare and enhance operations under value-based payment. Participants will be asked complete a survey prior to the summit to help frame the opening session discussion. Our speakers will provide attendees with strategies for implementing payment and delivery reform.

TARGET AUDIENCE: This program is designed for Chief Executive Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Medical Directors, Finance Directors, and Network Management Executives, physicians, directors or managers hospitals or other health care providers with responsibilities or involvement in payment and care delivery reform.

REGISTRATION: AzHHA Member registration: $150 Non-member Community Healthcare registration: $200 Non-Member Hospital Rate: $275 Registration Deadline: Registrations received after May 9, 2016 will incur a $50 late fee. Registration must be received by May 18, 2016.
