Premier Exhibitor Opportunity
You are invited to participate in the Arizona Medical Association (ArMA) Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates at ArMA Headquarters 810 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, 10am – 4pm. The President’s awards banquet will follow that evening at the Phoenix Country Club, 2901 N. 7th St., Phoenix. Reception 6pm–7pm, awards dinner 7pm-9pm.
As a Premier exhibitor you will be provided with the opportunity to network and visit with physician leaders from throughout Arizona. You will have a chance to generate leads as you reach a concentrated group of physician leaders interested in your products and services. The individual physicians represent approximately 4000+ physician members. These physician delegates are from various Arizona county medical societies, the specialty medical societies, and graduate medical and residency programs.
At the Banquet you will host a table, visit with physicians and make new contacts. You will have a chance to solidify customer relationships by demonstrating your support.
Your company will be recognized in the opening announcements of the Annual Meeting and President Awards Banquet. Company signage will be included at both venues. A company Ad will be included in the meeting syllabus each delegate receives, and your company logo will also be featured in the banquet program.
