Community Health Centers:
Impacting the Quadruple Aim

Nancy Johnson, RN, PhD, CEO
El Rio Health

Dr. Johnson is Interim Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for El Rio Community Health Center in Tucson where she is responsible for leadership of multiple clinical locations providing medical, dental, laboratory radiology and other interdisciplinary services, supervising a staff of over 700 professionals. She serves as a Board Member for the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers as well as on their Legislative Committee.

Dr. Johnson is adjunct faculty in Nursing at the University of Arizona, Grand Canyon College, and the University of Phoenix , where she has received the Teaching Excellence Award twice in the past two decades.
