Humana is looking to fill up to 100 new, full-time positions at their Tempe call center. The Job Fair will held September 28th in Tempe. Interviews will be conducted from 8am-1pm, and from 4pm-6pm.
The company is hiring for Pharmacy Technician and Customer Care Specialists positions. All roles will be at the Tempe call center at 7333 S Hardy Drive, Suite 102.
Interviews will be held onsite between 8am-1pm, and from 4pm-6pm . Interested candidates should dress professionally and bring several copies of their resume.
The positions are full-time, permanent roles and include a full comprehensive benefits package. Other benefits include paid volunteer time off, tuition reimbursement, walking work stations, and the potential to work at home in the future.

- Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician may be taking inbound calls from Humana members, resolving matters related to mail-order pharmacy, making outbound calls to provider offices or Humana members, or performing data entry of prescriptions. All qualified candidates must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the state of Arizona. These roles are located at the operations center in Glendale.
- Dispensing Pharmacy Technicians in Training assist in accurately fulfilling prescriptions, assist pharmacists to deliver accurate prescription information, and perform inventory control. Qualified candidates must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the state of Arizona. These roles are located at the dispensing facility in Phoenix.
- Inbound Contacts Representatives respond to both inbound and outbound customer needs including order status questions, resolving issues, and educating members on their pharmacy benefits. These roles are located at the operations center in Glendale and the call center located in Tempe.

CMS has released the final rule for the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Treatment Choices (ETC) Model to encourage greater use of home dialysis and kidney transplants for Medicare beneficiaries with ESRD, while reducing Medicare expenditures and preserving or enhancing the quality of care furnished to beneficiaries with ESRD. The Model will begin on January 1, 2021.
In order to help ETC Model Participants prepare for the ETC Model, CMS is conducting an introductory webinar on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The webinar will provide an overview of the ETC Model, including:
- Participant selection
- The Home Dialysis Payment Adjustment
- The Performance Payment Adjustment
- The ETC Model timeline, including the timing of payment adjustments
- Information about how to communicate with CMS about the ETC Model.
