The Region 9 Department of Health and Human Services will be offering a webinar for faith leaders in Arizona to learn more about the Health Insurance Marketplace, on Thursday, January 22nd at 3pm Arizona Time.
What: Health Insurance Marketplace Introduction for Faith Leaders in Arizona
When: 3p.m. Arizona Time, Thursday, Jan. 22
Phone: 1 – 877 – 267 – 1577
Meeting ID Number: 991 167 735
Faith and community-based organizations often provide the link between those who are most vulnerable and hardest-to-reach and the health services they need. The Health Insurance Marketplace gives Americans who are uninsured, or who buy their own coverage, a whole new way to shop for coverage.
In congregations and communities across the country, the Affordable Care Act is transforming health care for all Americans. The health care law expands coverage, makes health care more affordable, improves access to care and strengthens the Medicare program for seniors and for people with disabilities.

Inserts within the toolkit can be used for bulletins, at enrollment events, education and outreach events.

Expert presentations will be released throughout the month of May. Each presentation will be 15 – 50 minutes and available in an OnDemand format for 7 days.
[/vc_hoverbox][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Forty-five well-known experts are banding together to provide healthcare workers and students with a month-long series of presentations meant to thank, teach, and inspire those in healthcare.
Healthcare has always had challenges, and these past 14 months have taken the word “challenge” to new heights. And as they always do, healthcare workers met and exceeded the challenge.
Topics range from the future of healthcare, role of the board, employee and physician engagement, patient experience, medical group management, process improvement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and more. Each talk will offer inspiration and learning opportunities.
During the last few months, several healthcare subject matter experts have been discussing one way to say thank you. This is how the May 2021 virtual, FREE month-long Gratitude Symposium was born.
The group is also donating $75,000 to the DAISY Foundation and $25,000 to AUPHA.
Each expert created a video from 15 to 50 minutes based on their area of expertise. Each weekday, one to three videos will be released on this website.
Simply register for free to view the material and watch the videos when it is most convenient. We hope you enjoy the sessions and accept our thanks for all you do to care for others.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_btn title=”Register Here!” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fgratitude-symposium.heysummit.com%2F%23|target:_blank”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
