Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona offers the only Marketplace options on HealthCare.gov in Apache, La Paz, Mohave, Navajo, Yavapai and Yuma counties, and as in previous years, most shoppers will qualify for a subsidy to lower monthly premiums. All other counties have at least two insurers from which to choose.
