Jim Hammond has more than 35 years of experience in the payor-provider field of healthcare administration. As the managing consultant and founder of Professional Healthcare Solutions, Jim lends his experience and expertise in contracting with payors and providers of all types, including critical access and sole community hospitals, physicians, large group practices, ancillary providers, ACOs and integrated delivery systems.

An expert in Arizona Medicare products and sales, including supplements, Part D and Medicare Advantage, Paul shares an insider’s view into Arizona’s new plans, sales efforts and winners and losers from the current Medicare open enrollment period. As the leader of WAP, Paul is responsible for training and expansion, conducting on-site training to help agents understand Medicare and the carriers available to them, and to get them ready to assist customers to find the right products.
