New logo unveiled to emphasize Carondelet’s evolution and fresh outlook for the future.
The new logo for the local hospital shows two blue hands cupping an orange flame, with “Holy Cross Hospital” in blue lettering and “Carondelet Health Network” in orange below.
The Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet opened St. Mary’s, Arizona’s first hospital in 1880. The work was to become the Carondelet Health Network. Tenet Healthcare Network, a publicly traded, for-profit company, reached an agreement to own and operate the previously nonprofit Carondelet Health Network in the third quarter of 2015.
Nogales International reports Tenet’s Arizona CEO Frank Molinaro congratulated the Holy Cross staff for their “outstanding performance” in several areas, saying their work serves as inspiration to other Tenet hospitals. Among those markers are patient satisfaction, for which HCH was No. 1 within Tenet. The hospital also placed in the top three when it comes to the system’s five pillars: people, service, quality, growth and cost.
